The 1-Page SHU (Cost Center) Plan 

The one-page SHU plan is composed of three parts.

The first part defines each of the activities performed by the strategic horizontal unit.

The second part presents a resource allocation matrix which shows the number of people and / or dollars allocated to each business by activity performed.

For example:

The third part defines the action steps the horizontal unit plans to perform for each business and the person responsible for each task.
