Refining Business Strategy

Refining your business strategy - or at least validating your strategy on a periodic basis - is of growing importance to most companies, as most industries and market segments are undergoing change at an increasing rate.

Because of geopolitical changes, legal and regulatory changes, demographic changes, economic changes, change in customer buying habits, technology changes, changes in traditional and new competitors, as well as changes from a thousand other sources, strategies developed even six months ago should be constantly monitored. This is not to suggest that you should alter your strategic positioning on a quarterly or a yearly basis, but that most businesses need to be far more flexible and nimble and should be aware of events that if not addressed will leave them in an uncompetitive position sooner rather than later.

And, if your company or business unit is operating today without a clear understanding of your industry and a clear business plan understood by all, please call now because this is what Alan Michaels does best.  Contact Alan Michaels.
